By ordering and/or entering account information on this site, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- We will process your purchases through the PayPal payments processing system. This system does not allow any human being to ever see or recover your confidential financial information including credit or debit card information.
- We may contact you for purposes related to your order and/or to our product or business.
- We will never share your personal information or contact information with any third party for any reason without your explicit content to do so.
Return policy:
- Unused product including partially used bottles may be returned for a full refund including shipping any time within 90 days of delivery of the product. The maximum number of bottles that may be returned for a refund without question is 12 bottles per customer. (Larger quantities may be accepted for a refund at our discretion.)
- We prefer that you contact us prior to sending any product back to us for a refund, so we can discuss the matter and make appropriate arrangements. However, we will accept product that has been returned with a note requesting the refund, a reason for the refund requests, and the original order number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the same method of payment that was used to make the purchase.
- We may at our discretion elect to provide you with a prepaid shipping label upon request.
